Children's glasses
Frames a child will actually wear
Your prescription is yours. We give you a copy after your exam and fitting, and you can fill it anywhere.
We carry independent and designer frames in children's sizes. Your child tries on, you both say what you think, and the optician checks the fit on your child's face before the lenses are made.

What we help you choose
Fit, lenses, try-ons and repairs
Frames that fit small faces
Bridges, temples and widths cut for children, in flexible materials that survive a backpack.
Lenses made for play
Impact-resistant lenses for children, with coatings and thinner lenses where the prescription calls for them.
Frame try-on days
Ask about the next one. Children choose from a table of colors and shapes with the optician beside them.
Repairs and adjustments
Come in any time for a tightened screw, a new nose pad or a straightened frame.
Billing and what to bring
How it is billed
Many vision plans have an eyewear benefit for frames and lenses. We check it before you order and tell you what is left to pay. Without a plan, we give you a written estimate first.
How fees workWhat to bring
Your child's current glasses
Your prescription, if it is from another office

About children's glasses
How do you know the frames fit?
The optician checks where the frame sits on the nose and ears, how the lenses line up with the eyes and whether the glasses stay put when your child looks down. We check again when you pick them up.
What if my child breaks them?
Bring them in. We straighten and tighten frames and tell you what a replacement involves before you decide.
Can I fill my child's prescription somewhere else?
Yes. You get a copy after the exam and fitting, and you can take it to any seller.
