What you send us

When you send a message or ask for a call, we receive your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and the message you write. We use them to answer you and to book a visit.

Please do not put medical details in a message. For anything urgent, call us.

What this site does not do

This site does not use advertising pixels, analytics, session recordings or an embedded scheduler. Our booking link opens the office's own booking system in a new page, which has its own policy.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. You can ask the office for a copy of your child's records, or ask a question about them, by phone or in writing.

Children

A parent or guardian books and comes to every visit. We do not ask a child to use this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here.
